Constipation problems

Dynamic and urban way of life characterized by irregular nutrition and stress may lead to constipation problems.

But modern way of life is not the only cause of problems with constipation, it can be caused by a certain disease and medications related to that particular disease.

Also we should not forget about sedentary lifestyle that can reduce the peristalsis of the small intestines and result in problems with constipation.
There are a lot of myths related to the frequency and timeliness. The one that can hurt you the most is that you must visit your toilet every day in a certain time.

People who believe this often make them selfs visit the toilet even if they don’t have to. This can cause constipation.And it is best for you to let things go their natural way.

Don’t push it. Never push it if you want to avoid constipation problems.

It is perfectly normal to pass stool 2 or 3 times in a day, and its also perfectly normal to pass it every other day.

So what can I do to avoid constipation problems?

You should monitor your fluids intake. To eliminate the risk of constipation you must drink at least two liters of fluids every day.It will make your visits to the toilet regular

Your nutrition must be rich with foods of greater volume and with foods rich in fibers like grains, fruits and vegetables, as they help the peristalsis of the intestines and therefore keep you away from problems with constipation.

Also develop a habit of eating fermented diary products enriched with pro biotic bacteria.

There are foods you have to avoid. Roasted meat, chocolate, strong spices, alcohol and products made of white flour.

You shouldn’t forget to be active for at least 30 minutes every day as it will be enough to keep your digestive system in appropriate mode.

Following these simple tips will help you avoid constipation and will regulate you stool in a few months time.
