24/7 WORRY TIME
Christmas, Easter, Hannukah and other holidays are stressful time, but if you spend most of your time worrying about future, then you need to do something about that. Whether you worry about school exams, love life, financial situation you have to overcome that constant feeling of anxiety.
Being stuck in a “worry-trap” isn’t good for your emotional nor physical health. When you worry too much, you don’t get the best out of your everyday life and you start having negative impact on your health, marriage, romantic relationship, career and social life.
Here are some statements, you just say “yes” or “no”. Try not to think too much about the answers, but say it as quickly as possible. This way, you can be perfectly honest to yourself.
1. Sometimes I get so upset worrying about everything that I just start crying.
2. Anxiety gives me painful headaches, stomache problems and back pain.
3. I can spend whole day sitting in my home and worrying about things to come.
4. I have big problems right now and can’t relax.
5. Concentrating is hard because of my anxiety.
6. I sometimes go to bed worrying and don’t get too much sleep.
7. People say that I worry too much.

The more questions you say “yes” to, more worried you are. One or two “yes-es” are normal and they don’t require special attention.
But, if you find yourself answering “yes” to almost all of these, then you need to realize that you’re caught in a “worry trap”.

Being anxious and worried all of the time is a serious condition that needs to be treated. If you spend most of your time feeling like this, then you need to see your doctor or even a psychiatrist.
In this time and age, it’s easy to get caught in this trap because of the lifestyle and our way of living. Everything is going to fast, we don’t have that much time to enjoy with our family and just being stuck at work all day long doesn’t help either.
That’s why psychiatrist recommend a therapy. This way, you can talk to someone about your feelings, things that bother you and give you headaches. After the session, your doctor will find the best way to treat you and your anxiety. And you will find your emotional well-being.
