Having trouble falling asleep? Are you turning back and fort half of the night before you somehow fall a sleep? Feeling tired and exhausted but still unable to get any sleep, even if you spent all day working? Some times all you need are a few tricks. Try out these tips for sleeping – they might help you as they helped many people fall asleep almost as soon as thety hit the bed after a long and energy consuming day.

These tips can help you:

1. Try breathing deeply

It;s clear that you can not fall asleep if you are feeling tense. Deep breathing is one of the most efficient ways to relax, and get oxygen to every cell of your body. First relax and then breath from the bottom of your lungs. It will help you fall asleep.

2. Drink warm milk and honey
Mix of calcium and glucose can relax you and help you sleep well.

3. Get up if you can’t sleep

If you tried to get to sleep and but couldn’t ist best to get out of bed and do something thats not very stimulating like watching TV, untill you get sleepy again.When you feel sleepe go to bed immediately.

4. Visualize a peaceful place

Visualize a peaceful and beautiful place. There can be rivers, the ocean mountains etc. Imagine that you are there. Smelling beautiful flowers , feeling secure and relaxed. This technique helped a great number of people to fall asleep.

5. Let your thoughts drift away

One of the biggest problems that we face when trying to fall asleep are our thoughts. It seems that we have to analyze the day that passed and plan the next day. All of this should be done before you go to bed, and not in bed.
