Because of many functions that liver has the importance of your liver can’t be emphasized enough. Your liver is responsible for your metabolism, and enzyme production, it converts nutrients to energy. Also it acts as a detoxificator.
The liver is without a doubt one of the ’strongest’ organs, but it’s not indestructible. Problems with your liver never stay isolated. Because of its great number of functions liver problems cause conditions that affect the organism as a whole. Some would even argue that the importance of your liver is even greater than the importance of some organs that we usually consider more important.
For your overall health and vitality healthy liver is crucial. You may not know it but you maybe destroying your liver by or your way of life.
Alcohol is going to destroy your liver.
Alcohol affects the central nervous system and the liver. People who abuse alcohol are on a one way street to liver disease. And Cirrhosis the only disease that you should worry about , even though it’s the most infamous alcohol related liver disease. There are two more conditions that alcohol abuse can cause. Steatosis (fatty liver) and alcoholic hepatitis are not so severe as cirrhosis but must be avoided.
