Reasons not to smoke
Do you really have to gradually destroy your lungs, your heart and your brain. Do you really need to feel the shortness of breath? Do you have to take your own life by smoking? No, you don’t. You have a lot of reasons not to smoke.
Read this list of reasons not to smoke , and think for a moment. Do you actually need reasons not to smoke?
1. Smoking can lead to lung cancer, it’s a well known fact for decades. Smoking can destroy your lungs much faster than you think. There should be no more reasons not to smoke.
2. Heart disease, and heart failure. Smoking leads to heart attacks.
3. Weakening of your immune system. Every cigarette you smoke hurts your immune system and makes you more vulnerable to all sorts of conditions. Ask yourselves do you need that.
4. Smoking reduces the quality of your sleep. Nicotine won’t let you sleep at night as much as you need. Keep that in mind when you decide to smoke your next cigarette.
5. Problems with breathing. Sore throat, and that bad taste in your mouth when you wake up that reminds you that you are a smoker.And you have a lot of reasons not to smoke.
6. Your skin looks much older when you are a smoker. Wrinkles develop much faster. And your whole body acts as if you are older than you really are. Thats right, it’s only because you are a smoker.
7. You will feel fatigue, and it will only get worse. Why don’t you stop?
8. Smoking will kill you, and not only you – it kills the non-smoking people around you. People you care about, your family and friends. Do they deserve to die because of your addiction?
9. You smell, your clothes smells to, your hair, your home. It’s terrible for non-smokers to spend time in that kind of environment.
10. It’s expensive. You spend thousand’s of dollars every year on the things that kill you. STOP
