Exercise a way to treat depression?

It’s a well known fact that regular exercise can do much to prevent the occurrence of depression.But can exercising on regular basis be used as a cure for clinical depression?

Recent study conducted under the leadership of Dr. Alessandra Pilu of the University of Cagliari showed remarkable results.
